The University of Hawaii played host to the visiting Los Angeles Rams for a practice session on Friday afternoon. It was the only practice in the islands for the Rams before they face the Dallas Cowboys in a sold-out NFL preseason game at Aloha Stadium on Saturday. The Hawaii football team opened its 2019 fall camp on Friday morning to considerable fanfare. Music blared from strategically placed loudspeakers. Media and fans alike swarmed the sidelines.
