Wonder what the Titans will do with the QB situation there.

Tanehill had a great season @ Tennessee after taking over for Mariota and was named NFL Comeback Player of the Year. A well deserved honor for Tanehill, he earned it as Titans wouldn’t have made the playoffs without him.

Mariota will be a unrestricted free agent and will do well with the right team, offensive philosophy and stability with the Offensive Coordinator. Marcus still has it I think and wish him the best next season. He’s such a hard worker and team guy, a lot of teams would welcome him and could use him.

Another hard worker and a great team guy is Cole! I hope he’s given a fair shot to show what he can do. Timing and the right team can make all the difference.

Look what Jim Zorn did to mess up and ruin Colt Brennan’s chance at a possible NFL career. Chase Daniel’s entered the NFL the same season as Colt. IMO Colt was a better QB, but Chase had a long time journeyman career as a backup NFL QB. Chase got hooked up with the right team/system. But that horrific accident on the Big Island was a career & life changing event for Colt.

Best of luck to Cole at the combine. Go get em and raise your stock!!

Wish there was more coverage about Cole in the local media. Instead, have to read about the likes of former local high school players who attended mainland schools, now going to the combine. With all due respect, those players do not represent Hawaii. And locals wonder why there is dwindling attendance at UH games.

Stay the course Cole. Listen to coaches and staff and I am sure you’ll turn out great. We will be rooting for you. 🏈

You’ve lived all your life in preparation for this moment. You can do this Cole! Believe!

I think his 40 time will be more important than his being real accurate in the passing drills. Just the arm strength needs to be on display. But the athleticism really needs to pop out. I think he can do it. Very malleable raw material QB. You can shape him into a lot of different styles. Hard worker with good mindset too. Lots of potential to move up on draft boards from teams looking for athletic fits. Good luck to him. Can do.

Mariota, nice guy, but may be outside looking in. Read scuttlebutt Titans considering offer to Brady. That will put Tannehill back on the bench. Lots of credit being given to Tannehill, but it was RB Derrick Henry that made their offense go. However, he will be a free agent if Titans cannot meet his salary demands.

Cole McDonald can really up his stock at the combine. He is currently ranked the 9th best QB in the draft/228th overall.

H-Man….I believe RB Henry and his success in running the ball had everything to do with the Titans getting much better. When MM was behind center the run game was lacking. The O line wasn’t doing much.
When Tannehill go there, things seem to change. How does he go from Miami to Tennessee and start producing right away? Basically he went to a team with a better O line.

Col. I have a feeling Cole will be drafted by the Niners in the 5th or 6th round. They need a mobile qb for backup and Cole fits what they need.
