Washington and UCLA has sure come a long way since they both were here in preseason when Hawaii beat them. Be really interesting if Hawaii meets up with either one of them again.

The seasonal flu is a common illness occurring every year primarily between the months of November and May (winter months) in the northern hemisphere…It takes about two weeks for the flu shot to protect you. If you have to make a trip to Pittsburgh, something to prepare ahead of time…

Re: Prior post 12. on television.coverage …OC16 televises Wahine volleyball. OCSports, channel 12 does the live Wahine and Men’s basketball, soccer, softball and baseball games. Spectrum doesn’t let HawaiianTel TV customers watch OC16 Wahine volleyball, they only get to watch the other sports that are shown on Spectrum channel 12.

On this day in 1998, Wahine vb won the WAC title, before rally scoring had begun.

    new thread up for Thanksgiving
    5. quite the match which will remain the longest ever played in DI women’s volleyball.
Charlie Wade played a huge hand in that, caught BYU in a number of overlaps and out-of-rotations. Cougars were very rattled.
    7. will have a story in Friday’s paper
it mentions that Iosia said she was going to come over in spring. others who might are Hellvig and Van Sickle. Van Sickle originally a beach transfer for Hall. I think Gong has shown interest.
but it depends on a few things including the conflicts with indoor spring. Iosia didn’t join the SandBows until the BWC tournament so we’ll see how the sharing goes. Iosia won’t have the conflict with spring … unless they need her to set in spring with Choy. Not sure what the indoor is doing with the setting situation in spring.
have mentioned before that it’s not easy to play two sports in college. people have said, well it’s just volleyball, but it isn’t. it’s two different sports.
