It’s the matchup you’ve all been waiting for.

No. 1 Hawaii (25-0) and No. 2 Long Beach State (23-1), the defending national champion that ended UH’s 2018 season in the Big West tournament, meet twice this week at the Walter Pyramid with top seeding on the line for the 2019 BWC tourney at the Stan Sheriff Center next week.

Opposite Rado Parapunov, middle Patrick Gasman and libero Gage Worsley chatted with Hawaii Warrior World prior to boarding the bus behind the Sheriff on Wednesday.

Friday’s game is on ESPN3. Saturday’s is on Spectrum Sports. First serve for both is 4 p.m. Hawaii time.

Hawaii people in California are pumped for this game. UH Alumni from my work are doing a group buy for tickets, my wife wanted to know if we were going (can’t unfortunately), friends are talking about it.
