Wonderful that coach takes all 15 players. Great for team chemistry.
Critical match for Wahine. Get a Win. Go Wahine !!!
Not bad record. Did she come back from Canada or Japan?
bigwesttv shows both games streaming live on BigWest TV, tonight and tomorrow. bigwesttv may not be the actual url, but just go to Big West Conference and look for the schedule of events.
Seems like 5 out of 6 of the last ucsb points have been wahine hitting errors they are beating themselves.
All the attack errors are killing the wahine….. Go Bows
Amazing long rallies and lots of digs! Hawaii had 32 digs alone in the first set and 22 digs by UCSB. As noted, hitting errors lost the set for Hawaii. It will be interesting to see if Hawaii can turn it around.
Wow… Ruddins had a bad set and we still lost….. Go Bows…
This match has huge implications for season. A split on the road might give you a chance. It will take a Miracle to win the Big West if you have 2 losses. After a horrible 1st set, I am hoping they can turn things around. Nothing new! The continuing trend of hitting and service errors plaguing this team from Day 1 (among other things) Lets Go Bows!
Much Better 2nd Set. Let’s do this!
Apologies. unable to get to computer until now.
Hawaii drops Set 1 25-19, comes back to win Set 2 25-14

Video is fine, The Gaucho player was hit on the forehead, probably has a bump on her head. She was taken out.

Woohoo! Hawai’i wins!
tita ace the win!
cindy you delete my comment?
The main thing is the main thing…We Won! I said 1-1 on the Road is still okay to be in contention. Any team with 2 losses is out because Cal Poly is the team to beat!! and….Maybe we can do that tomorrow….Energize and Hydrate women because the “Battle of the 2 Unbeatens is at Hand!” Chee Hooo
nice win bows. get ready to bring it again tomorrow.
Needed win although not impressive. Wish wahine play better and be competitive tomorrow!
they were lucky to escape with a win. if they play that way tomorrow, they won’t escape with the win. i believe too much in this team to throw in the towel, win or lose tomorrow, all i want is for the to fight for every point.
Good win girls!
I’m just ecstatic the Wahine pull out a 5-set win on the road against a good team. Now on to Cal Poly. An opportunity to take down the Van Windens.
9-5 (5-0) Wahines
wahine will need serve the van windens short and/or otherwise out of system just like ucla did last postseason.
somebody care to tell them/robin that?
Imagine what they can do if they hit at least .250 or better.
Figure out how to raise % attack by Natasha. She either gets blocked or attack error? In addition to blocking, her hitting is vital to keep right & left attack going. Hope no weight lifting done by hands on game day as hands get heavy and loose control in hitting & serve. Santa Babara gifted the fifth set by few unforced errors although wahine played A-level game. But Wahines played a B level 1st game. 4th game loss is due to better playing by Santa Babara. Transition attack is improved. Cal Poly gets tougher as the match progresses. Hope wahines put the best team & effort in every cylinder in all games today.
Big win for the Wahine on the road against a good UCSB team.
Blocking has returned, back row is playing good defense but the hitting and serving need to improve for the Wahine to stand a chance against a ranked team that beat UCLA twice in two nights.
Unforced errors has been the bane of this team.
GO BOWS.
