Yay, they finally call a lift. UH up 5-1. it was so loose last night.

  2. Cindy Luis March 23, 2013 6:39 pm

Hawaii up 15-14 at the TTO

  3. Cindy Luis March 23, 2013 6:40 pm

UH gives up 2 straight points, serve gives UOP the lead at 16-15 but Marks with a kill ties it at 16

  4. Cindy Luis March 23, 2013 6:46 pm

Sedore with a kill, gives UH the 22-20 lead. TO UOP

  5. jmy March 23, 2013 6:51 pm

“joust at the net won by Pacific…joust at the night won by Pacific…” Come on guys, let’s win some of those…

  6. jmy March 23, 2013 6:51 pm

    “net” not “night”…

  7. Cindy Luis March 23, 2013 6:52 pm

UOP has come back to lead 24-23 on a Tiger ace. UH was up 23-21. TO UH

  8. jmy March 23, 2013 6:54 pm

    Choke…

  9. Cindy Luis March 23, 2013 6:54 pm

Wow, Pacific finishes with a 4-0 run. Wins 25-23.

  10. Warriorfan March 23, 2013 6:56 pm

Talk about a choke job, and they gave away a bunch of points on silly mistakes, not sure why Ramos isn’t more assertive, every second ball should be his, he needs to command it.

  11. jmy March 23, 2013 6:56 pm

UH is still very inconsistent…event against the last place team, they cannot hold on to leads…discouraging to say the least…

  12. Cindy Luis March 23, 2013 6:59 pm

Olsen in. Ace gives UH the 3-0 lead.

  13. jmy March 23, 2013 7:01 pm

    UOP already outblocking UH 5-2

  14. Cindy Luis March 23, 2013 7:01 pm

    Set 1 Sedore 7-1-11, Averill 0-3-4, Marks 1-0-3, Zarkovic 4-1-10, Holt 1-0-2
    1 ace
UOP hit 139 to UH’s 257. both teams with 11 digs, UOP 5 blocks, UH 2
UH 1 ace, 5 SEs, UOP 3 aces, 2 SEs. That is a huge difference

  15. Warriorfan March 23, 2013 7:04 pm

I’d keep JP in, His hitting isn’t good but same for Olsen and JP’s serve and defense are valuable.

  16. Cindy Luis March 23, 2013 7:08 pm

    Agree. UOP up 12-11.

  17. Cindy Luis March 23, 2013 7:10 pm

UOP leads 15-12 at the TTO. Do we really want to go 5 again?

  18. jmy March 23, 2013 7:11 pm

    UH has no energy tonight…

  19. Cindy Luis March 23, 2013 7:13 pm

Behind the tough serves of Sedore, and a block, UH takes the 16-15 lead.

  20. Cindy Luis March 23, 2013 7:18 pm

Holt with block, but all set up by 2 great digs by Cheape. UH up 21-18.

  21. Cindy Luis March 23, 2013 7:19 pm

    18. don’t know about the energy It’s just different chemistry with the different lineup. UOP back to within 21-20. TO UH.

  22. jmy March 23, 2013 7:20 pm

    Starting to choke…

  23. Cindy Luis March 23, 2013 7:21 pm

or a another bad rotation. Give some credit to UOP

  24. Cindy Luis March 23, 2013 7:22 pm

Zarkovic with his 10th. UH up 22-21.

  25. Cindy Luis March 23, 2013 7:23 pm

Houlihan with the lift, good call IMHO puts UH up 23-21. But UOP with a kill makes it 23-22. Deja vu?

  26. Cindy Luis March 23, 2013 7:24 pm

Edwards, whose net serve ended last night’s match. Serves long. UH up 24=22. Timmer Servies long 24-23. TO UH

  27. Cindy Luis March 23, 2013 7:26 pm

Hughes into the net with the serve. UH wins 25-23.

  28. jmy March 23, 2013 7:28 pm

Give a lot of credit to UOP…They’re making UH look pretty bad…

Really impressed with how Cheape has played, is getting under his hitters well to cover.

  33. Cindy Luis March 23, 2013 7:45 pm

looked like the the ball was in on that block. key is to let it go. Warriors do, get the next point, up 9-7.

  34. Cindy Luis March 23, 2013 7:52 pm

Warriors up 15-13 at the TTO.

  35. jmy March 23, 2013 7:53 pm

Gotta think that UH would be doing a lot better if they didn’t have 13 SE…

  36. Cindy Luis March 23, 2013 7:54 pm

2 straight blocks, UH up 17-13

  37. Cindy Luis March 23, 2013 7:54 pm

West with a solo, he’s been in on the last 3 blocks. UH up 18-13. TO UOP

  38. jmy March 23, 2013 7:55 pm

Three blocks in a row…UH now leads in blocks…impressive!

  39. Cindy Luis March 23, 2013 8:01 pm

UOP has crept back to within 21-18. TO UH.

  40. Cindy Luis March 23, 2013 8:03 pm

I know people aren’t high on Ramos but I think he’s done some nice work on getting his hitters some 1-on-1s. Also impressed with Averill, who seems to have settled in at MB, but has nice hands and is a good choice as the second option at setter. UH up 22-19.

  41. Cindy Luis March 23, 2013 8:06 pm

    UH wins 25-20

  42. Cindy Luis March 23, 2013 8:13 pm

  43. Cindy Luis March 23, 2013 8:21 pm

Sedore hits long, Uop up 11-10. UH still taking better swings, better in system. but Sedore hits the antenna UOP up 12-10.

  44. jmy March 23, 2013 8:21 pm

    Setting Sedore too much…

Zarkovic with the kill ties it at 16.
