@UHSandVB is the official twitter account of UH Sand VB but who is running it?
Ordinarily it would be the SID but is the SID there.It can’t be about a connection because both Stanford and UCLA are tweeting results.I don’t know what the policy is at UH for SID travel.
Don’t expect much if anything out of Santa Clara either but UCLA should be better.
The way this team has been playing I’m expecting a win against Santa Clara and UCLA anyways.
Yeah they probably blitzed the broncos. But i would still like to see the scores.
Check UH sand volley fb page. UH beat SCU, 6-0, all sweeps. Interesting teams: 5. Mendoza and Rooks, 4. Riggs and Higgins.
So why the switch to Facebook when everyone is following them on twitter and expecting them to post scores ? I really don’t get these idiots who work at UH Athletics.
This program has two facebook accounts,one is called UHawaii SandVolleyball and the other University of Hawaii Sand Volleyball Fans. On the team web page there is a link to the UHawaii SandVolleyball one.
Any one find out anything about the matches against UCLA?
Even the UCLA SID who has been tweeting all day flew the coop.
Bottom line folks this is an important sport to the Hawai`i fans but no one else gives a crap.
Maybe when Beach volleyball becomes an official NCAA sport (next year?) they will finally get attention, and get streams and livestats , plus OC sports to televise home matches!! Beach volleyball is a much more exciting spring sport to watch than softball and women’s basketball IMO!

15. I wouldn’t say that. Pepperdine, Long Beach State, Florida State, USC all care.
The point is it’s the host SID that is in charge and that would be Stanford. It’s up to them to send scores to UH
Plus, its super simple to tweet and create a FB status at the same time, lots of people do that. Just link the two accounts.
the point is UH SID is not there. They are relying on Stanford to send results.
UH leading UCLA 4-0, according to someone at the game site posting the results on fb and tagging UH sand volley.
