Warrior Beat: Loss leader

Kaimana Padello is having a breakout season. / Photo by Stephen Tsai

Two fun facts about rush end Kaimana Padello:

> Seven of his 11 tackles have been for lost yardage.

> He played all 86 defensive snaps in the quintuple-overtime victory over San Jose State.

“He’s the hardest worker on the team,” said Jacob Yoro, who coaches the rush ends. “I don’t think anybody can argue that.”

The H-zone needs to accept PayPal. Why do you have to register before to buy merch? So out of date, lose money.

Kaimana is a beast, so is Dayton Furuta—those Mililani boys are so important to our team, as well as all their teammates that play for the 808! Do not take Wyoming lightly! We should always wear the all-black uniforms at home!

Let’s run and shoot the lights out this Saturday!

    Damn Yankees.

I have a soft spot for the Athletics.

    They drafted Isaac Omura.

Had a player like Omura succeeded, a guy without traditional metrics, I think somebody would have taken a chance on Kaeo Aliviado.

Hawaii had no power. Aliviado sacrificed batting average for home runs. He overcompensated for the good of the team. I think Aliviado had the potential to bat over .300 if he didn’t have to worry about driving in runs.

Mike McIntyre RIP, only 38. Played on two UH NCAA tourney teams, the last in 2002 with Englsh, Martin, Savovic.

Padello – ya gotta love this guy! Been watching he and his brother make life miserable for opposing QBs since their Mililani days. We gonna need him on Saturday, that’s for sure.

    Any updates on Furuta?

    GO WARRIORS!!!

I foresee a future where in order to be able to post on the blog, you need to have a sit down interview with Mr Tsai and a psychological evaluation
