John Wa‘a, a Kahuku High junior, admittedly was “not really” a Warrior fan growing up on Oahu’s North Shore.

Nor did he have vast previous knowledge of UH head coach Norm Chow.

But he is fond of the Warriors’ newly installed pro-set offense (“I’ve played it my whole life”) and likes the UH coaching staff. Most of all, like a satisfied home owner, his decision was based largely on location.

He cited his close family ties as the top reason why he made an oral commitment to the Warriors a week ago. “All of my family is here,” Wa‘a said. “I can’t live without them.”

Wa‘a is 6 feet 3 and 275. He projects to be a college offensive guard. If he holds true on his pledge — the next signing day is Feb. 6, 2013 — he would be UH’s earliest commitment.

The Warriors are hopeful Wa‘a will help lead other local prospects to remain in the state. Wa‘, who was named to the 2011 All-State first team as a junior, is expected to be one of the top prospects of the 2013 recruiting class.

“I want to be a Warrior,” Wa‘a said.

  25. Buffoman March 2, 2012 8:47 am

Group hug…all of these young men who WANT TO BE WARRIORS are my favorite recruits. It is just terrific folks like Wa`a, Sai, Fonua, Lakalaka and those who chose UH are here because they want to represent the State.

  26. Buffoman March 2, 2012 8:47 am

Forgot to end the statement properly…in a Warrior uniform!

I’m glad I’m Switzerland because Bill Ferguson is a nice guy.

  29. jm2375 March 2, 2012 9:23 am

ST – I suppose in your job you have to be objective. I’m a fan, so it’s my job to root for the team. There’s no love lost for U$C.

  30. DaveLetterMan March 2, 2012 9:29 am

Welcome to the warrior nation, Mr Wa’a! Looks like a firm commitment. Come on San Mateo recruit. Join your fellow Polynesians. You will be happier here in Hawaii and if you are as good as advertised, the NFL scouts will know where to find you.

  31. cheepono March 2, 2012 9:40 am

from a very credible insider on the scout board re: fanaika

Here’s the latest on the Fanaika situation from what I’ve heard.

YES, UH is still holding a scholarship for Fehoko…but only until Monday. If he doesn’t commit by Monday, they are pulling the offer and will go on to someone else.

So Monday will be the day.

  32. Old School Dave March 2, 2012 9:52 am

I hope Coach Chow is at least being provided a car by UH by now. Utah’s new OC got a hefty pay raise and a monthly stipend for a car for work related mattters.

    http://www.sltrib.com/sltrib/utes/53626904-89/received-coach-coordinator-salary.html.csp

  33. DaveLetterMan March 2, 2012 9:53 am

Thanks for the info Cheepono. I agree with that deadline. We’ve given him ample time to make a decision. We need to move on with or without him. There are recruits out there that want to be a warrior.

  34. Steve March 2, 2012 9:54 am

Old School Dave, knowing Coach Chow, I believe all his fringe benefits he is handing over to his assistant coaches to use.

  35. DaveLetterMan March 2, 2012 9:55 am

I would hope Coach Chow has a car provided for him. Didn’t Coach Mac get a Cadillac Escalade?

  36. Derek March 2, 2012 9:56 am

UH needs to get Kennedy Tulimasealii the big DT from. I’m sure Coach Chow already knows that. Welcome to the program, Mr. Wa’a. Can you convince Mr. Wily to join you?

  37. kawika49 March 2, 2012 9:57 am

Im sure that a dealership would be more than happy to provide a kaawila for Coach Chow.

  38. Derek March 2, 2012 9:57 am

    Oops. Forgot Waianae.

  39. Couch potato March 2, 2012 9:59 am

that looks like a demanding schedule. too bad never had the bye weeks between the away games. and too bad only get 6 home games.

  40. Shoko March 2, 2012 10:00 am

At least the Warriors don’t have to play on that blue turf anymore.

  41. SteveM March 2, 2012 10:00 am

    Good morning everyone!

ST — Thanks for the schedule.

Hmmm…a bye after the USC game makes a cruise or land tour after the game more attractive.

  42. Bryson March 2, 2012 10:00 am

So have they figured out the cost of the travel subsidies?

  43. papajoe2 March 2, 2012 10:01 am

Ramily Guy????? Riding on the bus. Riding on the bus. Riding on the bus. Riding on the bus. Riding on the bus. Riding on the bus. riding on the bus. Riding on the bus. Bussing on the ride. OK, enough already.

  44. papajoe2 March 2, 2012 10:01 am

    Family Guy

  45. Stephen Tsai March 2, 2012 10:03 am

    Bryson:

I think UH pays $150,000 for teams in Pacific time zone; $175,000 outside of it.

Based on that, UH would be on the hook for $650,000 for football in 2012.

  46. papajoe2 March 2, 2012 10:06 am

At least we have a bye before the double road trip. I wonder if the team is staying on the road or coming home in between the double road games? Coach Chow may have a different approach than the previous coaches. If I’m not mistaken, we lost all of our second game of the double road games.

  47. Steve March 2, 2012 10:07 am

Wonder if Hawaiian Air will allow the Warriors to charter flights to their away games. It would be very helpful, since Hawaiian Air is one of their major sponsors. I believe Hawaiian Air flies to all those away cities.

  48. papajoe2 March 2, 2012 10:08 am

6 road games. And the other teams grumble about the long travel to Hawaii. How I long for the old days when we had only 3 road games and the rest was at home. Plus we gotta pay them too. That might have been before joining the WAC though.

  49. al March 2, 2012 10:09 am

    schedule…it is what it is.

perhaps the season tickets will be reduced because we only have six home games including lamar?

    (don’t hold your breath)

  50. Stephen Tsai March 2, 2012 10:10 am

Circle Sept. 22 on the calendar.

    That should be a doozy.

  51. Steve March 2, 2012 10:13 am

Papajoe (46), if the Warriors are able to charter Hawaiian Air, I see them returning right after the BYU game, then flying out to SDSU on Thursday via Hawaiian Air charter, again.

  52. papajoe2 March 2, 2012 10:15 am

Steve, I’m sure we can charter flights from Hawaiian Air, it’s just a matter of how much we gotta pay for such. A long time ago, I heard that buying the plane (all seats) was actually cheaper than a charter. I cannot explain why except that maybe if you charter, you probably have your own time schedule and the plane has to fly the team there, then what does it do after dropping them off? It cannot wait around for a couple days so its like double round trips, going and coming home.

  53. Bulla March 2, 2012 10:15 am

    good morning Tsaikos,

have a great weekend, happy girls day, and it’s a good day to be a Warrior. congrats to Mr. Wa’a for your early commitment, GO GET’EM, NO SKED ‘EM….academics before athletics…

  54. Steve March 2, 2012 10:16 am

ST, any indication Hawaiian Air will allow the Warriors to use one of their aircraft to charter with, at a discount. I believe Hawaiian Air flies to all those away cities, Los Angeles, Salt Lake City, Denver, San Francisco, and San Diego.

  55. papajoe2 March 2, 2012 10:17 am

Most flights, if not all, are based on round trips. Fill ’em up going and then fill ’em up returning.

  56. Couch potato March 2, 2012 10:18 am

i can just see cheaper season tickets but higher premium seating fees.

  57. papajoe2 March 2, 2012 10:19 am

Steve, you must have ESP(n) because you posted before my thoughts on the charter.

  58. Shoko March 2, 2012 10:19 am

Could have sworn Ferd’s last column about travel subsidies stated that any team in California gets 150k and those outside of California get 175k. Which goes against his initial column about travel subsidies: Pacific Time Zone getting 150k and Mountain Time Zone getting 175k. So, I’m confused. Guess I could e-mail Ferd to get confirmation.

  59. Shoko March 2, 2012 10:20 am

Pretty sure the MWC requires its teams to charter flights. Thats what I heard.

  60. al March 2, 2012 10:21 am

hawaiian air does not fly to denver or salt lake city. they will do new york this summer.

  61. Steve March 2, 2012 10:24 am

al, What, Hawaiian Air does not fly to Denver or Salt Lake City, what is wrong with them.

  62. al March 2, 2012 10:25 am

so retired folks i could excuse for not knowing the day’s date.

but, the japanese celebration of girls’ day is on the third day of the third month.

boy’s day is on the fifth day of the fifth month.

today, is march 2, 2012 the last time i checked.

  63. Steve March 2, 2012 10:26 am

Guess, Hawaiian Air pilots cannot handle landing in high altitude. 😀

  64. Couch potato March 2, 2012 10:28 am

it’s childrens day on 5/5. japan made the switch a long time ago.

  65. al March 2, 2012 10:30 am

    steve…perhaps one day.

on the continent they are flying to…

    las vegas

    los angeles

    new york

    phoenix

    portland

    sacramento

    san diego

    san francisco

    san jose

    san diego

    seattle

  66. al March 2, 2012 10:31 am

one can always fly to denver or slc via las vegas.

  67. Steve March 2, 2012 10:34 am

al, Hawaiian Air should rethink their San Jose, and Sacramento flights, switch them to Denver and Salt Lake City, just my opinion.

  68. whitey March 2, 2012 10:35 am

al, true about those cities, but if uh doesn’t ask hawaiian air for charter, this is all moot. at the same time, hawaiian air is having to provide charter service to the Seahawks and Raiders, so they doing charters is highly possible for da warriors. for the pro team charters, hawaiian used to fly a Thursday special to Vegas, then fly empty to Oakland to reconfigure and prepare. If the plane does not need to be reconfigured, I think there is a chance Hawaiian might buy into it.

  69. al March 2, 2012 10:35 am

couch potato…thats interesting because traditionally we always celebrated it as boy’s day. even those koi banners are still being sold, one banner for each boy in the household.

oddly enough, i have never heard it before.

  70. whitey March 2, 2012 10:42 am

maybe getting Hawaiian Air to fly a special HNL to SLC on Thursday am and arriving SLC in afternoon. After they drop off paxs, they can shuttle the plane to LAX for service. From SLC, take another commercial to LAS and connect home on the 1:30am flight for da warriors and the fans can take any other Hawaiian flight home. This would not be a charter, but an open end ticket.

  71. Committed Road Warrior March 2, 2012 10:44 am

I doubt UH will charter flights on Hawaiian Air to their road games…unless they’re gonna bring the band (doubtful), or they plan on selling the remaining empty seats to boosters/etc.

A typical Hawaiian Airlines widebody fit 250 passengers, give or take. How big is the UH football traveling party…half of that number? Less?

  72. koakane ip4 March 2, 2012 10:51 am

wot happened? did UH piss off someone? joining the MW doesn’t look so good now.

  73. Committed Road Warrior March 2, 2012 10:52 am

    Regarding the schedule:

    Two back-to-back road games (BYU/SDSU & Colorado State/Fresno)

Two mid/late-season trips to the Front Range (Colorado State and Air Force)

Ouch indeed sums it up this year. Let’s see how the TV schedule pans out, and whether any of these games wind up on CBS Sports Network or NBC Sports Network (previously Versus).

  74. whitey March 2, 2012 10:53 am

CRW, Ihink you are correct on the charter, but in the past I have been on many a flights where da warrior team was on the same plane. The new planes have 294 seats with 18 of them being in first class. Running a special is probably the easiest way to try an get a direct flight and you don’t need to schedule a return special. UH athletics works very closely with Panda Travel, so they should see if Panda can help them get a special section.

  75. al March 2, 2012 10:54 am

steve…why ruin a profitable thing. san jose and sacramento runs make a lot of money for hawaiian air.

besides, if the san mateo kid hooks up with the warriors his family and friends would be regulars flying from both locales.

  76. whitey March 2, 2012 10:54 am

koakane, how’ da cope this morning????

  77. whitey March 2, 2012 10:56 am

ST, thanks for the schedule and article on John Wa’a. Get one meeting, so play nice.

  78. mo808 March 2, 2012 11:02 am

Good Morning! Great recruiting news about John Wa’a! Schedule for the 2012 season will be challenging, but I think that makes it all the more interesting and exciting!

  79. al March 2, 2012 11:05 am

the schedule is really not that bad. at least we are not venturing to the hard to get to places like las cruces, ruston, and the like.

on the second game of the back to back away games they are at least in california the shortest flights that we will make for any road game.

i don’t see any more logic in a 13 th game.

he bye weeks are well positioned…

first, we get to lick our wounds after a physical game with usc. re-evaluate our team and tweek the bugs. then we get to test em out on lamar.

second bye is at the halfway point. it comes after a home game which prolongs our rest period and is just before the second of the back to back away games. which by the way every team in the nation probably goes through at one time or another.

  80. ai-eee-soos March 2, 2012 11:06 am

at least in the WAC, I don’t remember Karl Benson scheduling back-to-back road games for UH.

the 2012 schedule is the MWC’s way of welcoming UH to their world.

  81. al March 2, 2012 11:08 am

i believe chartering flights are a thing of the future.

  82. Committed Road Warrior March 2, 2012 11:09 am

    whitey:

Come to think of it, I think Hawaiian Air running an added flight to LA/SD to accommodate the football team is plausible, whereas the team gets first dibs on the number of seats they’ll need, then Hawaiian Air sells the rest of them as if it were any other flight.

  83. ai-eee-soos March 2, 2012 11:09 am

re # 79. But those teams don’t have spend as much time to travel as UH.

  84. War E Or March 2, 2012 11:10 am

    Hawaiian also flies to Oakland

  85. al March 2, 2012 11:13 am

so the schedule just brings to light the old hawaii exemption. again, i reiterate as i’ve lobbied for the past 6-7 years. give us an early season start by one week.

this will help facillitate our scheduling a 13th game. if the teams invited want to take advantage of a non-conference game to test the waters this becomes a viable means.

it’ll also give us a guaranteed opening home game.

we’d still enjoy two bye weeks by doing so. the two byes are valuable in mending our wounds, readjusting our schemes, and more importantly giving the student/athlete time to regroup in the classroom.

  86. Committed Road Warrior March 2, 2012 11:14 am

    al:

During the Sugar Bowl season, UH chartered Aloha Air 737s to all the road games that season (except the Sugar Bowl itself, where they chartered a Hawaiian Air 767).

After that season, Aloha went out of the business, the economy tanked, then the belt-tightening started and has gotten us where we are now with the travel situation…flying normal Hawaiian Air flights to the mainland, then a short charter flight to get them the rest of the way.

Hopefully we get to return to the days of the team being able to charter a flight the entire way there, but we’ll see how things pan out.

  87. SAWARRIOR March 2, 2012 11:15 am

    2-10, long season ahead.

  88. al March 2, 2012 11:15 am

War E Or…you’re right i forgot about the other bay area stop.

  89. Bigislandkurt March 2, 2012 11:15 am

    Ouch is right.

New coaches, new system, new conference, tough schedule.

I’m trying to remain optimistic. Go Warriors.

    BIK

  90. al March 2, 2012 11:17 am

crw…and didn’t our little governor make a statement that we will have chartered flights?

  91. Couch potato March 2, 2012 11:20 am

al, no forget the koi for the faddah (black koi) and maddah (red koi). I still get neighbors with their flying koi when the month of may comes around.

  92. Couch potato March 2, 2012 11:23 am

i think the guv said he wanted the tourism authority to help pay for the travel subsidies.

  93. al March 2, 2012 11:28 am

    benson did this…

2011…back to back road games la tech-san jose

2010…we did it to ourselves going to army (new york) to colorado.

2009…benson scheduled la tech as our 3rd straight away game. la tech.bac

    2008…back to back with usu-nmsu

2007…benson scheduled @la tech a week before our previously scheduled unlv road trip

  94. al March 2, 2012 11:30 am

couch potato…me too. we used to do that stuff also. the young couple across the street celebrates both girls and boys day.

which reminds me i gotta go buy the tomoe ame for them.

  95. al March 2, 2012 11:33 am

cp…he also stated that he would turn the aloha stadium back to the university of hawaii.

    (yah right)

  96. koakane March 2, 2012 11:36 am

whitey #76 just got back from having kope with D1, was ono thanks for asking

btw how’s it going with you?

  97. koakane March 2, 2012 11:37 am

    al you lurking eh……….

  98. jojo ® March 2, 2012 11:44 am

Yay! Thanks for the schedule. So, who is up for some road trips? I will go to a road game. Heh

    Peace everyone!

  99. kev-1 March 2, 2012 11:51 am

Maybe it’s just me, but I think D-1 football coaches at ANY school should be able to afford their own car. I know schools tend to provide them, but is that really necessary?

Gotta save anywhere you can when crunching budgets.

  100. koakane March 2, 2012 11:52 am

    me

  101. papajoe2 March 2, 2012 12:20 pm

Last year I remember the WAC (Benson) scheduled a bunch of teams with a bye BEFORE they played Hawaii. Is that the case this year with the MWC?

  102. Couch potato March 2, 2012 12:26 pm

benson does the scheduling for the mwc too? oh my!

  103. jojo ® March 2, 2012 12:27 pm

koakane, so which one are you thinking about? And please don’t tell me all. I don’t want to go broke.

  104. papajoe2 March 2, 2012 12:27 pm

Stacey A. Eaton, Thank you. I keep telling everybody that I’m so cool but dey no like listen. Plenty times I make clerical mistakes but ai no kea.

  105. papajoe2 March 2, 2012 12:38 pm

I think that only Colorado State has a bye in the MWC before we play them at their place.

  106. Supastoke March 2, 2012 12:40 pm

    Less go Warriors……!!!

  107. Couch potato March 2, 2012 12:48 pm

usc has an open week before we play them. lol

  108. madeinhawaii March 2, 2012 12:59 pm

With the 4 road games stacked up in the middle like that, even if the Warriors make it to a Bowl game, there may be some academic casualties for the Bowl game, itself.

  109. Steve March 2, 2012 1:02 pm

al, I agree with you, keep the 2 bye weeks, gives Coach Chow and his assistants time to tweek the offense and defense. Also, allows them to re-position players if need be. Those 2 bye weeks will come in handy, especially since this will be Coach Chow’s first year. Need to thank the MWC for sending Boise St. here, no need for the Warrior fans to see that horrible blue turf again.

Sears Ala Moana closure delayed until 2014

    http://www.staradvertiser.com/news/breaking/141242023.html?id=141242023

  111. Steve March 2, 2012 1:09 pm

Feel those 2 back-to-back road games, BYU-SDSU and Colorada St.-Fresno St., not to bad since both 2nd road games are on the west coast, short flights. Can still practice Thursday morning, catch flight, get there in the evening, sleep then practice there on Friday. Not like having the 2nd road game in LA Tech, NMSU, or somewhere hard to get to.

  112. Steve March 2, 2012 1:13 pm

That is good to hear about Sears closing in 2014, instead of 2013. Have chance to get my oil change and such, before it closes. Still remember when Sears was on Beretania, across from Foodland, before the old police station took over, and before they moved to the Ala Moana Center. Whoa, I am dating myself now.

  113. kruzen March 2, 2012 1:25 pm

    mih,

Since the team will be on time now to study hall, maybe they’ll study more and I’m sure Coach Chow has a plan because as he said that #1 is to graduate the student athletes.

  114. LizKauai March 2, 2012 1:57 pm

Season tickets… hope they stay reasonable.

    Plane fares…

    Well, that is another story…

    GO WARRIORS!

“13. Hawaii: Billy Ray Stutzmann and Jeremiah Ostrowski

Hawaii has always loved to air it out and last season was no different.

The Warriors passed for over 4,000 yards and will have two of their top three receivers coming back.

Leading the way is junior Billy Ray Stutzmann, who had 910 yards his sophomore campaign. He also led the team with 78 receptions to go along with four touchdowns.

Senior Jeremiah Ostrowski was third on the team with 65 receptions for 687 receptions and five touchdowns.

Look for some big scoring outputs next season from Hawaii.”

  117. Luki March 2, 2012 2:22 pm

On those open dates, okay no Notre Dame, how’s about SMU?

  118. 99club March 2, 2012 2:34 pm

Thanks for posting the schedule, ST. Looks like a good one for Hawaii, although Colorado St in late October and then Air Force on 17 November are both going to be c-o-o-o-o-l-d games! I’ll have chili at the tailgates, for sure.

She asking you which game you going to? She said, no say that you going to all of the games, she still like have money in her pocket at the end of the season.

  120. Couch potato March 2, 2012 2:45 pm

actually, if he going to all games then she can pick what game she like go to since he’ll be there anyway. 😉

  121. whitey March 2, 2012 2:54 pm

top 125 if I no count the spam

  122. kev-1 March 2, 2012 2:58 pm

crossing fingers about the 13th game. I understand why some of you want to pass on it, but think about it this way . . . we all starve for football even with a 13 game season. Imagine our withdrawals after a 12er.

To those with the know how/what . . . what’s the chances now that the schedule is out? Can? No can?

  123. whitey March 2, 2012 2:59 pm

recruiting for da warriors is not sam-o, sam-o like previous coaches. They are trying to recruit players to fit their needs and makes no difference whick schools they are competing against. Will there be a differnce in the final product?? I think it will and over time, da warriors will get what go after.

  124. whitey March 2, 2012 3:03 pm

with a brand new coaching staff, why put pressure on them to win 7 games instead of 6 to qualify for a bowl. Da warriors will need time to learn, then perform and come together as a team. I don’t think this will be easy, but am hoping for the best.

  125. Not an Expert March 2, 2012 3:19 pm

For those that suggested that if a team plays UH and are able to start the season early and benefit from it,that is one hell of a suggestion. If I may add to it, that game will not count against your record. Thus the advantage of 12 games. If the rule changes wher a team needs to have more wins than losses than this 13th game for schools will be more of an advantage than a detriment.

  126. madeinhawaii March 2, 2012 4:33 pm

Looking at this season’s schedule, even if Coach Mack had survived for another year, the teams coming to play at Aloha in 2012 aren’t exactly crowd pleasers. Only Boise would have any real draw.. UNLV, maybe, for the sake of pay back.

  127. slenzi March 2, 2012 5:19 pm

Mahalo fo da great updates. Plan to go USC and Air Force. Can’t snooze on South Alabama.

Dresden Monarchs (Germany GFL): Dresden is looking to fill the position of Offensive Line coach for this up coming season, April – Sept. All interested and experienced Coaches should send a resume per email to Robert Cruse cruse@dresden-monarchs.de

    kev-1 – yup, dat’s him. You ain’t that old. It was 2005.

    GO WAHINE!

Score was 3-3 going into the bottom of the 6th. Very quickly, the Wahine scored 4 unearned runs on a couple of illegal pitches, walks and passed balls on strike 3s, off the relief pitcher. Radford had to replace the catcher in the middle of this. LiveStats got stuck right when Iwata was at the plate with the bases loaded. 😈

    GO BOWS!

  148. SteveM March 2, 2012 9:59 pm

Slow night. Congrats to the wahine!

I posted this one year ago on this date…so it is the 5 years ago now… a little insight into the past. Interesting that some things change, but no really… 🙂

On this day in the first year of The Warrior Beat blog (2007)… it was a somber day as many bid farewell to Coach Riley Wallace and expressed appreciation for his contributions. The blog had only 209 comments . The few selected comments below shows ST informally reporting on a Wahine Softball game and blog numbers…

ST- Wow, you posted Thurs at 0650 and now this post at 0200- one long day. Was there an early event with Colt? Any details to share?

Next thing this blog will be going for 24hrs instead of the 18hrs average….

Post 100 is old school now. 300 and 400 are the “it” numbers. All you have to do is stay up and trade jokes with las vegas.

    Comment from: gigi-hawaii [Visitor]

BG, Rich 2176 is going to buy a block of tickets to the UNLV game and is also organizing a blog party there. Contact him. He gave his email address in a previous blog, but I don’t remember what it is.

    03/02/07 @ 19:51

    Comment from: las vegas [Visitor]

I say the flag football game sounds great!

The only qualification should that the game is played in a area the size of a bball half court.

With the aveage weight (assumed) of the TsaiKos being over 200 lbs, the entire field of play will be filled with bodies.

This means nobody needs to move more than two or three feet per play and no beverages will be spilled.

    03/02/07 @ 20:33

Rich2176 and las vegas (Rasu Begasu) came through. UH @ UNLV game tickets, tailgate, and bus happened in 2007. Same for 2009 with a dinner Karaoke Call added. 🙂 See:

    http://homepage.mac.com/smurashi/photos/lasvegastsaikos.html

    …same for 2011.

  149. SteveM March 2, 2012 10:24 pm

So, the question from today (since the “S” was released)…

Who is going planning or thinking of going to the UH-USC game on September 1?

The UH-SDSU game on October 6?

Aside from the usual Away Game logistics and party planner page, the above two games have especially great 3-7 night post-game party possibilities. 🙄

  150. SteveM March 2, 2012 10:27 pm

Yup, let me know even if you going plan on thinking of going. Maybe. 🙂

SteveM, that was a neat trip down memory lane post. I couldn’t take vacation for the ’07 UH-UNLV game, but, did not want to miss it so I went anyway! Left right after work Friday night returned Sunday morning. We had so much fun but that was crazy! Hoping to be able to catch one of those away games, but still not sure of vacation schedule as yet.
