Wahine season tickets on sale

Season tickets for the 2013 University of Hawai‘i Rainbow Wahine volleyball season will go on sale Monday, June 10.  Fans can purchase season tickets online, visit the Stan Sheriff Center box office (Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.) or call (808) 944-2697 during the same hours.

Last season, the Rainbow Wahine led the nation in attendance for the 19th straight time and advanced to the second round of the NCAA Tournament. They won their 18th straight league title with a perfect 18-0 record in their first season back in the Big West Conference.

The season kicks off with the Chevron Rainbow Wahine Invitational from Aug. 30-Sept. 1, a tournament that includes Texas, San Diego, and UTEP.

Season ticket prices are as follows:
Lower level – $165 plus an `Ahahui Koa Anuenue premium seat contribution*
Upper level adult – $120
Upper level senior citizen (65+) – $110
Upper level student (ages 4-high school) – $75


* The lower level AKA premium seat contribution will be either $100 or $120, depending on the location of the seats.

Ahahui Koa Anuenue (AKA) is still offering preferred seating packages which include VIP parking and prime seating.  For more information, please contact the AKA office at 956-6500 or purchase online at www.KoaAnuenue.org.

    While Dave is in Wichita I hope he gets together with Chris Lamb and gets this Shocker Classic Tournament nailed down and announced.

    while that would be nice for Wahine fans to know the schedule, it’s not on Shoji to do that. it’s WSU’s tournament. But I’m sure Shoji will check out the facilities and talk to Lamb.
