US women sweep China in Cup finale, US men in 5 over Poland

The U.S. Women’s National Team, ranked No. 1 in the world, capped its four-match USA Volleyball Cup series with No. 3 China with a 25-22, 27-25, 25-22 victory Friday evening in San Bernardino, Calif.

Another new lineup. Lowe was a late reserve after starting the first three matches.

Over in Illinois, the men remained undefeated in World League, handing Poland its first loss.
