Pitt is the second seed to fall in the subregional. BYU is looking to be the third, down 2-0 and down in the third to Utah.

Pittsburgh must be the saddest team that lost today as they won’t host their own Final Four. It sadly reminds me of the UH upset by Texas A&M her at home back in 1999, though in Pittsburgh it was worse as they lost the fifth set by only two points. They must be sick to their stomachs. Poor Pitt! Can only hope that UH can prevail over San Diego in tonight’s match.
