Hawaii women’s basketball fans anxiously awaiting the release of the Rainbow Wahine’s 2019-20 schedule were thrown a bone on Friday morning.

The Wahine basketball Twitter account put out a graphic of the schedule … but obscured with fog.

It was possible to make out most of the nonconference opponents on the left-hand side (there’s little suspense with the Big West Conference opponents on the right).

The teams Warrior World can make out are:

>> Hawaii Hilo (home)
>> San Diego State (home)
>> Loyola Marymount (away)
>> Pepperdine (away)
>> Texas-San Antonio (home)
>> Texas Southern (home)
>> ??
>> North Carolina State (home)
>> Texas (home)
>> Oregon State (away)
>> Washington (away)
>> ??
>> Idaho (home)
>> Penn State (home)

That has the makings of a typically tough UH women’s hoops schedule under Laura Beeman. There are two away games against both West Coast Conference and Pac-12 Conference opponents, plus a few more Power Five teams coming to the Stan Sheriff Center.

If you can make out the others, feel free to comment below. Most of the dates were obscured pretty well, so we didn’t squint hard enough to include those in any sort of comprehensive fashion.

The full reveal is expected to take place early next week.

The one before Idaho looks like Hope International’s logo. Not sure if they would play a NAIA school though

Nice find. That might be an exhibition (WBB sometimes plays an exhibition in December).
