In baseball, pitchers not in the rotation sometimes are sent to the minors to get some extra work. At UH, players not on the two-deep chart often are used on scout teams. Coach Chow was correct to stand by his quarterback. Sean Schroeder was clearly the best in practices. And it is never a good thing for a quarterback to have to worry if every interception or sack will cost him his position. “One snap and clear” is one thing, believing it is another.
