Congrats to Hartong, Bonham Award winner
By Cindy Luis on April 30, 2014University of Hawai’i women’s volleyball player Emily Hartong and men’s basketball player Davis Rozitis were the recipients of the 2014 Jack Bonham Award in recognition of their outstanding performances on and off the playing field. The announcement was made Tuesday night at ‘Ahahui Koa ‘Anuenue’s H Awards at the Stan Sheriff Center. The back-up setter answer: Koelsch

Asked Wong about the back-up setter situation Kendra Koelsch who had originally signed to play sand will be on an indoor scholarship and walk on for sand. He said that since she hasn’t started at UH yet, that they can make the scholarship switch. She is 6-0 out of Huntington Beach High.

But the Waves didn’t play any matches outside of the MPSF and that likely hurt them. The seedings were very interesting. Loyola has held steady at No. 1. But you do see an agenda here.
