#2 Don’t think Sun will even consider Hawaii. She will probably end up in a Calif Pac 12 or WCC team.

Great segment on TV about you and your son working together at the volleyball games. Your both greatly enhance my enjoyment of being a volleyball fan. Thanks!

Mags and Schucht were robbed. I guess when your team is ranked so high, results like theirs is expected. No worries many more games to come.

I thought Mags was robbed when the indoor team played Cal Poly the second time this past season. She had a match-high 27 kills (hitting .381), 4 blocks (30 points) and they gave the POW to Taylor Nelson. Nelson is a great setter, but Mags was the standout in that game especially for a player who only played 1/2 the time. I thought they would have at least had co-POW’s that week. Fortunately, she was awarded the POW the following week for her 19 kills (hitting .630 5.33 kills and 1.33 blocks per set – I looked it up) against Long Beach.

It seemed to me that the Big West promoted Cal Poly and Irvine quite a bit in their posts on Twitter and hardly promoted Hawai’i when both teams made the Tournament (and went 5 sets in both meetings). Some things never change (though I am sure the Cal Poly pair was also very deserving).

I hope several of our pairs win it this season. Next week will be a good test!
