The “5O” Gang

There’s something brewing on the end of the Hawaii bench.

While point guard Roderick Bobbitt and some of the other rotation Rainbow Warriors got the lion’s share of attention following Tuesday morning’s 76-75 buzzer-beating win over Nevada, some other ‘Bows found a way to chip in.

Mostly with enthusiasm, but still.

Enter “Hawaii 5O,” which now has its own Twitter page.

Niko Filipovich, Dyrbe Enos, Zach Buscher, Jakob Cornelissen and Jack Purchase are the first five of the group.

They had some memorable antics during the Nevada game, including Filipovich riding a prone Purchase like a surfboard.
