That’s what BYU gets for underestimating McKendree. LOL!!!

BYU lost in 4…Cougars will probably be really hungry to redeem themselves tomorrow…Bows can’t let up…Go Bows!

Looking at the stats, looks like BYU played without their best hitter (Garcia Fernandez)…wonder if he’s injured…

That was a great win for McKendree against BYU at BYU. The announcer said they the three BYU starters were probably resting for tomorrows match against Hawaii, but not sure why they didn’t sub in late in the match to help them win against McKendree.

    5. If that’s the reason, then that sure was a gamble that didn’t pay off…a loss at home like this could jeopardize chances for an at-large berth…and like you suggested, they should have been subbed back in after the third set…

Gardini and Garcia Fernandez did not play, and they account for a lot of the BYU kills. The Brazilian middle Ferreira was only brought in to serve.

new thread up for Wahine spring match
2-3-4 et al. Heard that too about Shawn resting starters. Very strange that he didn’t put Garcia Fernandez in for Set 4. Guess the gamble is a win over Hawaii would offset the bad loss to McKendree? I don’t quite understand his thinking.
on another note, 1500-AM will carry the Hawaii-BYU match. Since Wahine basketball lost, Tiff Wells flying from Morago to Provo for Saturday
