No Wahine matches Fri-Sat, maybe Sunday? Preview out on Friday
Just got word from UH that there definitely will be no matches Friday and Saturday between the Wahine and Kansas State.
There is a possibility of Sunday but that decision will be made by end of business hours Friday (think that’s 4:30 pm or 5 p.m.). No time given for the match if it is played.
Due to Hurricane Lane, there will be no #HawaiiWVB matches on Fri, 8/24 & Sat, 8/25. A decision on any potential of a Sunday, Aug. 26 match between Hawaii and Kansas State will be made by end of business on Friday.

K-State had tweeted this morning that there were tentative plans for Saturday-Sunday play but UH officials have been monitoring Lane and Saturday is out.
Ticket info will be up on HawaiiAthletics.com if match is played Sunday.
Have no idea what happens for those who had tickets for Friday and Saturday.
On another note, our 8-page preview will be out in Friday’s paper. It should be available for free at Staradvertiser.com.

Not like this is the first time the situation has occurred.
Historical note: The Honolulu Star-Bulletin printed right after Pearl Harbor was bombed with papers being sold on the streets that late morning.

I was wondering whether Natasha would play next season. From reading the WVB insert, I gather she has made it clear she won’t. Too bad. I thought she would be special as a senior middle.

Guess SA didn’t make it to outer islands. Went to 3 super markets and 2 service stations and they all didn’t get any. Bummers no inserts.
