Senior hitter Emily Hartong picked up her second Big West women’s volleyball player of the week in four weeks today. It was the third for a Rainbow Wahine this month; senior setter Mita Uiato was honored last week. Hartong averaged 4.18 kills and 3.09 digs en route to the MVP honors at the Shocker Volleyball Classic. The Rainbow Wahine defeated South Dakoto, No. 23 Creighton and Wichita State.
