Former UH long-snapper Noah Borden has received an invitation to participate in a tryout with the Oakland Raiders. Borden departs Sunday, with the workout scheduled for Monday. Borden, a Kamehameha Schools graduate who grew up in Pearl City, was a reliable long-snapper for the Warriors. Nick Rolovich completed his coaching staff with the hiring of Johnnie Mack as a quality-control coach for offense. Mack will work under receivers coach Andre Allen. Allen coached Mack at City College of San Francisco in 2000 and 2001. After that, Mack was a running back and kickoff returner at Texas Tech under Mike Leach.
