The No. 21 Hawaii women’s volleyball team started fast, withstood a lull, then powered past two-time defending Big West champion Cal Poly to assume first place in the conference standings on Sunday night at the Stan Sheriff Center. Hawaii soccer is No. 4 seed, draws Fullerton in Big West tournament

Despite earning a point in its regular-season finale at Long Beach State, the Hawaii soccer team was assigned the fourth seed among four teams in next week’s Big West tournament.
