8. thanks for reading. There was no reason not to have Friday-Sunday this year. They would rather play Saturdays so then you’d play Thursday-Saturday.

Nice article from Cindy re. the BWC schedule tilted against Wahine. Maybe fairness will win out – the current BWC members get travel subsidies and only have to play one match on UH weekend anyway. I see Saturday night being the money night attendance-wise, but I’m just curious as to why it cannot be Friday (night)-Sunday (early afternoon). There are sufficient early evening flights to try to limit the amount of class time missed.

Nice class of seniors! Wishing them the best and am grateful for all they have done to represent Hawaii. Am hoping Castillo has healed up enough to go on the road trip and get back on the court. Her comments about having to watch from the sidelines when not cleared to play in the last match were so poignant.

One follow-up question re: Burns. When you say she has gotten her paperwork in to graduate, is she by chance walking in December?

4. She has one more year. She could play as a grad student here.

#4 yes it will be a particularly large senior class. With 15 on the roster; losing half the team. Will make it a very interesting 2019 incoming recruiting class.

#5 Do we know if it is her intention to go to grad school or just done with volleyball or hopefully not, go the route of a graduate transfer to another school and then attend grad school ?

Although Natasha is graduating with an undergraduate degree, is it fair to say that she could still play another year IF she is accepted into a graduate program at UH and she chooses to play?

OK posters; now is the time to show your support of women’s volleyball.
Attend the banquet, donate a door prize or monetary gift. I will be there, hope
to see another good showing. The banquet is one of the few fundraisers Robyn has and
it helps fund things like cost of attendance and recruitment expenses among the many expenses in her budget that need more $$.
