Wu-Yelland first day, Davenport (short hook?) second day, then committee. Even Thomas is in the committee rotation (and not really saved for closing) so the closer may be anyone. Smith so far is a one appearance per series long (very long for this kind of strategy) reliever. I think Ashworth needs work 3 games per series if possible. Trapasso actually has a perfect staff for this kind of strategy. But he also has a good staff for conventional strategy as well (Tampa Bay had to use committee because of injuries and such, ended up surprisingly working effectively). We’ll see how it works out for UH. Might be genius. 3-5 right now though. Longwood will answer some questions.
