If the team can endure the travel to Florida and win games than traveling to California will be a cake walk. Oh the positives you can take away from this trip.

No win is a fluke no matter who you are playing. Every win is earned. You can have the strongest legs but traveling thousands of miles and spending hours to get to your destination will take the stamina out of your body even if you think you’re ok. Just give props to this team who have come together despite all the turmoil from the firing of Coach Gibbs and the emotional uncertainty these players were put through. Coach Taylor had to install a different system on offense and defense and had only a couple of weeks to do it. To win two games in Florida is outstanding because this was a brutal road schedule that was put together at the last minute because of a previous tournament cancellation. Keep getting better Rainbow Warriors.

A win is a win. That was a good win. Traveling can get anyone tired. No amount of running can prevent tiredness. The team needed rest to get their weak legs back into playing shape again. Unfortunately due to scheduling, that wasn’t an option. But, the team pulled through and did well on the road. I hope this will be a successful season for the basketball team.

yea me stand corrected big west it is…

maybe they should run more…or roll on the court a few times.. from one rim to the other n toughen up them legs….maybe they should run beach huh?

but if legs weak.. shopuld be tougher..n more laps maybe..

We are not in the Mountain West Conference. I don’t think this is a lousy road team. When you win three out of four games on the road, I think that says a lot about the team no matter who the opponent is or their RPI. You have to give our team some time to to get used to their new offensive sets under Coach Taylor. Remember everything changed under Coach Taylor. Also when you have to travel thru 5 time zones and go 6000 miles to play basketball, it does affect your body. UH lost their stamina and legs on Monday to San Francisco in the 2nd half. San Francisco is a good team from the WCC. You lose your legs you lost your ability to hit shots. I give them all a lot of respect for winning two games in Florida. We beat a good tough Pittsburgh team.
