I think thats why he has a hard time with the quaterback situation and type of offense he tries to run because each quaterback is slightly better at running a different type of offense. he has to choose which quaterback and offense with the type of players he has now which gives him the best chance to win. he is a great recruiter and hopefully he keeps changing his offense to the type of players he gets
