Guud Morning Tsaikos…Bootiful Day!

Friend of mine from Oklahoma came to stay with me for a vacation a few times. He tried to gt me and my wife to come and visit him. During our conversations he told me that he has a patio but don’t use it much because of the constant 30+ mile and hour winds that blow. I then asked him if he were vacationing. would he rather be in Hawaii or Oklahoma. Conversation about visiting him in Oklahoma came to a screeching halt.
One gets spoiled with our weather. The environment and Aloha gets overlooked. The beauty gets taken for granted. People or our recruits see the difference and are happy to come here.

Well, Scouts’ Hawaii board has not changed since yesterday. Still 19 commits. I suppose this is good news.

Some are solid and firm in their decision. For others, the field may look greener on the other side of the fence. It works both ways when coming down to the wire in the battle of poaching and the recruiting trickle down effect it creates. The Warrior staff is doing a great job with quality commitments and that is evident as teams are trying to lure them away to the perceived dark side. On top of all that are the battles still being waged for the uncommitted. I find it pretty nerve wracking and interesting as a fan and can only imagine what the coaches are going through. In the end, when the dust settles, those who want to be Warriors will be Warriors! And that is solid!

So the limit of scholarships for an FCS school is 85 total. The annual addition is limited to 25, if the numbers are correct it appears some schools “over recruited”. Meaning some of these are known not to make it or a numbers massage is taking place. Certainly no expert, but some of these guys (college recruiters i.e college coaches are nothings but cons-our numbers look legit and Coach Rolovich and staff certainly demonstrate integrity-does not appear nor has there been any known evidence of players being “pushed aside” because they may not be making on-field contributions. I will take Coach Rolovich over a number of these guys we Do recruiting battle with. GoWarriors!!!!!

Know it won’t make a difference but the Coach of the Beavers after 8 seasons as a head coach he has yet to achieve a winning record-8 seasons-left Wisconsin over frustration with academic requirements of the school. Huh!-
