We feel the pain too because 6 weeks ago we had a 8″ water main break on the primary road into the neighborhood – BdH2O fixed pipe and did a sloppy job in repaving so it left us with 15′ of very bumpy road and it go worse as time went by

unsure if the road contractor will fix before repaving – hope so!

The Aloha stadium authority has imposed prohibitions on what can and cannot be carried into the stadium where it has achieved the really unique results of making the game experience “unenjoyable”. Congrats, that took some doing. The bloody paranoia and fear of terror in this country has got totally out of hand when I cannot bring my own snacks to a football game just so the stadiums larcenous poltroons can sell us their refreshments at prices that can only be described as extortionist.

Bring back the delayed K-5 casting, relax the rules at the gate, get rid of the damn beer sales and then maybe I
might buy my season tickets again like I’ve Ben doing since 1973. Otherwise I’m done with it….and I could care less who the coach is !

Have to say that I’m thoroughly enjoying watching live mvb games, too 🙂

Thank you to fellow season ticket holder, jmxxxx, for facilitating and following thru with this idea and decision. You rock, jm!

There’s nothing better than cheering for our home team while witnessing powerful serves slams dunks digs and roofs in person, and feeling like I’ve unloaded a bit of life’s typical stresses thru our (sometimes wild) coordinated yet spontaneous cheering and singing.

For those of us with a bit of a competitive spirit, there are drawings you can enter for super fan seats (on the floor directly behind the team where you get free fuud!) and for the car race guess (race happens on the score board during the game). During the entire game there are interactive crowd participation games the entire time in the stands (dancing and even kissing to various sponsor music and so you can claim some fame for a few minutes), on the floor (technique ball games – some easy; some super hard), on the score board (txt question-answer and self photo bombing), and even in the air (coupons by blimp or tee-shirt throw into the air into the stands).

Last Thursday I became the proud owner of an Outrigger tournament tee-shirt woohooooo!! Thank you Outrigger and UH! 😀

Plus, I get to eat choice of french fries or garlic fries with all the ketchup, mustard, and coarse ground pepper I want and don’t have to partake in any prep or clean up. Sometimes when I catch the kitchen open late, I order ones (fries) that are super duper extra overly crispy..mmm… Huge yays 😀

Incidentally, they once served sweet potato fries as a special which I have been craving since last season lol I really hope they consider offering as a regular menu item in the near future this season.

Crossing my fingers for sweet potato fries but whether that wish happens or not, I’ll be there enjoying the games in the meantime.

We don’t get the same feel about cable…I liked K5’s production values/approach as well.”

You do realize that pretty much the entire K5 crew now all works for Oceanic? Funny how the perception changes when what’s in the package is the same, just the outside wrapper has changed.

Sounds like fecal matter to me.
