DShima: My daughter flying in from college in PNW…Where is Von Appen being inducted? Linfield? Honestly, I’ve been to Linfield and seen their HOF and Von Appen really doesn’t belong there…There are a number of island kids who played at Linfield who did more than Von Appen did there. I wonder if Hugh will be there???

IWWTHM: For one thing, we ain’t DUCKS, we’re WARRIORS!!!

The best change we made was getting rid of RAINBOWS thanks to JJ. I doubt if we have more resources than JJ and he left the cup board bear for the current coaching staff. Graunke went South and we had to scramble for a QB…

Any team can beat another on any given day especially with the parity on scholarships, etc. Granted, there are better facilities elsewhere, etc., but it really gets down to players making plays and having the “grit” to withstand adversity and BELIEVE they can win…

It wouldn’t help if their FANS would support them rather than “diss” them…

Just one small note of criticizm…I think the DC should be “on the field” and not in the pressbox…This is NOT a classroom, but a BATTLE, so the General should be on the field and NOT in a tent ranting about missed assignments.

I’m not the smartest nor the most athletic person out there. In fact I rank pretty dang low on the totem pole.

That being said, I have enough energy and brain cells to put forth in supporting the team and the program all the while being able to call a duck a duck.

I tend to give players the benefit of the doubt. Seen with my eyes JJ take the same players that went 0-12 go to a winning season and a bowl win. What does that say? Miracles do happen, *clap clap*? Perhaps, maybe.

My biggest gripe is that as a whole our program has more resources, more support, more of everything than previous coaches ever had, yet we are churning out at best the same product. Off course the “same product” can easily be ripped to shreds by a multitude of facts and statistics about who we are really beating. But I tend to look at it in simple W-L records.

Mack can’t go on a radio show and say how “if we had more resources, more money etc. that we would be more competitive” all the while being handed a program with exactly that and expect fans to not wonder for 2 seconds why we can’t beat beatable teams and why we only wipe one butt cheek before we flush.
