Down on the field their smiles lit up the stadium. This is part of the game as well.

I had a chance to speak with Frank Lloyd Sr. (parent of Jr. #70). He is right; playing for UH and getting your education is a great experience.

Who is the head coach right now? Who are the other coaches? Who are the players?
That is what we should keep in mind until the end of the season and keep up the support for the UH Football Program 2014.

I am humbled by your graciousness! Truly, I am.

Win of lose, I would have loved to chat while eating at Maple Garden.

Mrs A-House tells me yesterday “you were quiet” after the win – reply,” just enjoyed your comments on the win” – that was good enough!

I truly wish that UH beats Fresno – that would give them 4 conference victories and 2 road wins over conference opponents after 18 or was it 19 consecutive losses on the road.

too early to say that they have “turned the corner”, but winning can become a very “bad” habit!!!!!!!!!! If Chow is retained, I do hope that he decides early to hire an experienced OC and QB coach – next, hire an experienced WR coach to capitalize on the players currently on the roster and new recruits – current coaches just don’t have it yet. Why let the program suffer?

Winning is a process. This team learned how to win on the road at SJSU and they learned how to comeback and win on Saturday. Last year they put up yards and points and couldn’t win…….they were close. This year they were close against a lot of solid teams including three from the Pas12……..but couldn’t do the things necessary to post a win.

They made a lot of mistakes in their loses.

Last night they made the plays they needed to make down the stretch to pull out a great win. It is a great win because of how they did it. Down with 20 seconds to go.

And don’t kid yourself the team is loaded with young players with talent that contributed these last few games: Kemp, Ewalinko, Nelson, Lewis, Castro, Saint Juste, Small, Joas, Unga, Tupai, Allen, Henderson, Koloomatangi, Barker. And we do return a solid bunch of players with a lot of experience: Philips, Garcia-Williams, Lakalaka, Pedroza, Marrell Jasckson, Woolsey, Williams, Gener, Poti, Vele, Dimattei, Fonua, Urbadn, Clarke, Haynes, Moleni, Tulimaseili, Shawley, Manoa.

And these guys are waiting on the wings and haven’t hit the field yet: Higdon 6’3 DB, Stubblefield 6′ WR, Rogers 6’1 DB, Mageo 6’2 LB, Mulanga 6’3 2o0 DB, Philips 6′ WR, Tago 6’2 220 LB, Waa 6’4 310 OL, Fairchild 6’3 230 LB, Sai 6’3 305 OL, Falemalu 6’1 LB, Tavai 6’4 LB, Eli 6’4 290 OL, Hollins 6’4 280 OL, Rasmussen 6’2 DL, Josey 6’2 WR, Patterson 6′ WR, Torres 6’2 TE, Gifford 6’4 DL, Ortisi 6’2 WR.

There is more speed and height on the way.

We just need to shore up the DL and we are still in search of a QB that can throw the ball accurately.

A lot will rely on how well Woolsey and the other young QBs can develop and we need to see what Wittek can do.

Does the same hold true if a play fails? Is it all on the players?

If what you wrote is true, then conversely – if a play doesn’t work it was “all the players” that didn’t make it happen from the OL not blocking to the receiver not running the right route to the QB not throwing the right pass – nothing to do with coaching.

It was classy that RK sought out Graham to say a few words on senior night.

As the show progressed most of the focus was on the luminaries, with those players giving their acknowledgements, impressions.

And to the player, whose career was a roller coaster ride of emotion and a career ending injury from earlier in this season, was given the opportunity to say a few– lasting words it must have made him feel good inside, respected, and accounted for. I thought it was a very good touch by RK to include Graham. It means the world to the player and to those watching that think highly of Graham as a person.
