He should probably be upstairs just to get his bad attitude away from the players.

Then I think we will be fine.

Of course Dino would be interested. It’s a promotion to D1, raise in pay, at better competition and a chance to coach where he played. But can he recruit at this level? Big difference.

Dino Babers may be coaching lights out but EIU is a lower division school. Can he recruit against D1 schools being 2800 miles away from the continent? Please compare apples to apples people.

The fans that were there care about the team. The players, coaches and media guys don’t sit in the rafters and see the frustration that goes on up there. My section had a guy get up off his seat slamming the seat repeatedly and stomping the flloor. The guy in front of me gave the seat next to him a good crack. Believe me when I say the fans are taking a toll just like the coaches and players and, it’s not because of the $8.25 beer!!

Norm Chow has got to have some sort of fat ego to think the fans were booing the players. I was at the game and everyone around me was pissed at the coaches. When they called timeout after letting seconds run off the clock it made it seem like they didn’t know what they were doing. If he wanted to run out the clock then why did he call timeout. It made no sense!

UH will never be a top 20 to 25 team year in and year out. Coach Chow on the sidelines is too much into himself and does not get into the pot to stir up his players. He looks grouchy on top of that and do they want to play their hearts out for him and the school. The quarterback and his receivers hardly talk to each other on the sidelines to make for a better chance to succeed.

If the players are better than the Mack and JJ era then something in the formula is not working. I will say this after being 0-9 or 0-10 UH will be looking for another coach. Either way the money situation will be in jeopardy. Keep Chow and season tickets for next year could drop by 2 to 3 thousand or more. (Approximate dollar equivalent to his salary) With a new coach bringing renewed enthusiasm season tickets may not drop and maybe increase.
