Having hard time figuring how UH would make a $200,000 profit this past fiscal year instead of the 2 million deficit if they weren’t saddled with travel subsidies.

Are they saying that 2.2 million accounted for travel expenses? And that 1.525 million was the amount paid to BW conference visiting teams?
