Mmmmm! Waffles!!! Have not had waffles in a long time. Maybe next weekend — breakfast with Mom.

Light, crunchy and beautifully golden brown slabs of waffles, slathered with globs of whipped butter, then coated with warmed real maple syrup.

Yum!
