Here’s my take on what I’ve seen. Tuileta has an unorthodox throwing motion as a lot of people will notice but the kid has an accurate arm. Decent to above average arm strength. What I think separates him is his pocket presence and field awareness. He can feel pressure without panicking and uses his feet to step up into the pocket to make nice throws down the field. Woolsey on the other hand isn’t confident throwing in the pocket and will take off and scramble too early. Chow mentioned it during his TV show. When Tuileta gets outside of the pocket, his eyes are down the field and finds open WRs. His pre snap reads are advanced for a QB his age. He doesn’t stare down receivers and goes through his progressions very quickly. I think working with Dilfer over the summer has helped a lot. He has intangible traits that can’t be grasped easily in my opinion.

I haven’t seen enough of Woolsey to really have an opinion on him yet, I just think Tuileta has traits of a QB that can go out and win football games. That IT factor. I could be completely wrong but the kids knowledge is advanced for a 17 year old.
