Sorry to see the spirit flickering and the bickering and name calling burning bright

We are all disappointed and saddened to the depths our program has slipped to. But some of the posters want to go beyond that to character assassination, name calling, calling out anybody who disagrees with them.

What is the value in that?

This blog has always been about more than just football. At it’s core is a common thread of aloha for the team, the coaches, the University, and Hawaii. In adversity, we stick together. Even when we argued, we knew the limits because we had sat beside each other at the tailgates, sung together at the karaoke bars, celebrated at the Christmas party. And we have met the parents of the players, talked with the coaches, and know that they are people not faceless cartoon characters without feelings.

Aloha, Tsaikos. Keep the spirit. This blog always rights itself. Don’t feed the trolls. Esme woosh!
