Just noticed your post. Not sure if that’s in reference to Josh Shirley but he would fit nicely into Long’s 3-3-5 as an outside linebacker. He’s a very good edge rusher that can patrol the flats, blitz, stop the run or even cover receivers or tight ends in man coverage.

Would be a good get for Clune but it sounds like he wants to play somewhere in southern California. Haven’t heard anything except rumors from the Aztecs and Bruins forum.
