For those that can’t, I say you should stick with the wahine…you’ll get a better “product”!

I’m thinking it must’ve been somewhere between 1996-1998 when BYU was still in the conference.

One change that caught my eye was the LBSU/UCI trip last year is now LBSU/Northridge. With UCI and LBSU just 25-30 minutes apart by freeway it was a one hotel stay then a short ride to LAX.

*** Speaking of polls I’m wondering if Shoji will be back voting in the AVCA Poll this year ?

*** BW coaches poll will come down to how each coach views each teams returning players and incoming recruits, plus a little politics. 😉

Shoji seemed to think the league was going to be improved all-around.
UH and The Beach in similar situations with some key losses and young, unproven talent coming in.

I wonder if the preseason Big West poll would name Hawaii #1 again or could it be Long Beach this year as their top players who were injured should be recovered by now and Hawaii will be without Emily Hartong? I don’t think Northridge will be as strong as last year as they graduated three top seniors.
