D-fan, please get back on your meds. and stick to blogging about volleyball and stop trying to tell people how to do their job! You have provided some interesting comments in the past but you lose credibility with your rants aimed at writers and coaches. Lily was at the last two men’s matches and she talked to ST then. No big mystery.

Brah! This is Wahine Volleyball not football. We are lucky to even have the coverage we do. Give it a rest, if you think you can do better, start your own volleyball news reporting service and get all the credentials needed and report everything that you wanna hear.

All you do now, for 90% of the time, is fill Cindy’s blog with useless banter that the rest of need to weed through to get the info that is relevant.

Don’t know if Ann is going. Doubt it. We haven’t gone on the road for spring in the past. Only reason I was at sand in Hermosa last year was that I was on vacation and in the area.

And I am not at more practices than Ann during the season. We usually split double days. She goes to the practices during the season. I don’t usually go.
We are not that big of a staff. We help each other out. Brian McInnis is the beat writer for Wahine basketball but when there was a doubleheader with the men, I took the Wahine, he took the men.

Stephen is also the beat writer for men’s volleyball.
As I said, this wasn’t an assigned story. Stephen likely ran into Lily.
Ann does plenty of human interest articles. there is a feature every week during the season. Where you get off saying that the sport doesn’t get the coverage it deserves is just ridiculous.
It got written. end of story. who wrote it isn’t important.

Warriorfan, think about this, the one UH sport that makes money for the UHAD, does not get the coverage it deserves from the SA’s beatwriter for that sport. Someone once mentioned there should be more human interest articles concerning Wahine Volleyball. This was one of them, and who wrote it, not the Wahine Volleyball beatwriter, but the beatwriter for Warrior Football.

Cindy, I am not so much down on you, since you are not the Wahine Volleyball beatwriter, but Ann is. I am really disappointed in Ann, being that sport’s beatwriter. She should be on top of all that has to do with Wahine Volleyball, past, present, and future. Seems like she is not doing her job, thinking someone more responsible should take over being the Wahine Volleyball beatwriter.
