42. CSN is the perfect test for the post season. If you can’t beat the teams that have beaten you before then you haven’t done enough to improve and ‘earn’ your place in the rankings. Wahine have added offense. Utilizing every aspect (and some unsuspected ones, too) they have ‘tweaked’ their offense and shored up their defense. Northridge is a good test of these changes. They won’t roll over and give us the match, so the Wahine will have to win it to deserve it. Magnificent Seven of Ali, Ashley, Courtney, Emily, Kaela, Kristiana and Mita will get their court time and if we lose, then CSN will have out played us, but I don’t believe that home court advantage is fiction here for Wahine. Come out and support these hard working, hard playing sisters. Am sure that underclasswomen will gladly step aside when and if time comes and Wahine will not miss a beat or overlook an opportunity to perform one more time for SSC crowd and their loving fans. Go Wahine, got your backs!

51. I agree with you there. I just don’t think that scenario is likely. UCSB will not lose two matches. Long Beach has the best shot at beating UCSB but that’s not a given either. Even Shoji now doesn’t worry about an automatic qualifier. If UH wins the rest of its matches, the team should get an at-large bid based on its RPI.

44. as for not setting Vorster. She wasn’t on from the beginning. Totally different player than the one who was very ‘up’ at UCSB a few weeks ago. She ended up 3-0-6.

Ok, bottom line folks: for UH to win the AQ, UH must win all its remaining matches and UCSB must lose at least two of its remaining matches.
