The only time I saw her play was on last month’s Philippine Shakey’s V-League tournament. Teams competing in that tournament are college/university teams featuring their regular season roster along with a couple of “guest players” joining each team. Jaja was a guest player on her older sister’s team. Guest players could include foreign players, former standouts of those college teams who have exhausted their eligibility, and in the case of Jaja, a high school student. Maybe she has the potential to surpass her 6-2 older sister. Big sister was the league MVP and even as a middle blocker, she received serves, hit the pipe set and occasionally hit from the left.

As for as I know, Adolpho is returning
Haven’t seen Taylor play
Fall camp starts Aug. 10. I think they’ll be top 10
yes, UH has a chance against Texas
as for the PVL team, it’s an in and out trip.
That open date that is TBA likely will be a Japanese team.

Have not seen any video but she must have something to convince Sealy she’s worth the offer. But even fans on Volleytalk are questioning the offer.

Any body know if Nikki Taylor is still struggling to play (da ‘forced’ position of) OPP in jr’s?!

Any body know if/when fall camp begins with UH being a top 10 AVCA team?!

Any body still thinks that UH has a chance against Texas?!

Any body want to tell Dave that the Iowa Ice PVL team would be a perfect supplement to that Wichita State “tourney” that is to happen in late Sept.?!

Any body hoping that OHs–who CAN’T pass–will be the ones carrying this 2013 indoor’s WVB team to some type of victory(s)???

Hah?
*Na Wahine needs another MB

She is 6-4, though, and you can’t teach height. She’s a blocking presence, but needs to work on timing. At some of the matches she played, she was a non-factor, and had a tendency to disappear for long stretches. And this was when she was playing against 5’7″-5’9″ middle blockers and even shorter outside hitters.

Reminded me of Local telecasts of Wahine and Bows. Camera angles, player closeups, wide shots, court long shots, etc. Wondered if one of the local television production crew/managers/engineers has ‘moved on up’? I don’t know if this is within your area of expertise, but thought I’d ask anyway. And Shoji boys were definitely ‘big role’ in USA team’s win.
