Thanks. You or someone mentioned that often it is good to just touch or deflect the ball rather than having to block it outright. It can get to the other team if their attacks keep getting deflected. There was a match in the SSC in a previous year where UH’s attacks were often deflected and kept in play by the opponent.

it’s to mimic ‘high hands’ blocking. Noodles held so that the top portion is above the net, looked like 8-10 inches. Leftsides did a lot of hitting crosscourt inside angle to avoid the ‘blocker’

32. if you read 15 it says that things are a go at the moment but there has been a power outage on molokai today. (Tuesday)
it may change the times of things. have heard a couple of different times. Will know more tomorrow. (Wednesday)

28. yes #15 says wahine supposed to be there at 1pm but when does any of the clinic/scrimmage start at what time?

also what comprises said scrimmage? is it one thing or a plural of things? such as wong said to have a horseshoe fundraiser?

and then you said i guess you arrive earlier than na wahine and then leave at the end of the day.
