Finally saw the video of the TC Ching Athletic Complex’s opening – and just reflecting back when then football Coach Larry Price was rightfully lambasting the athletic practice facilities and to the June Jones era when there was no soap to take showers. UH has come a long way. To the now infamous UOP match at Klum, when then Coach Dunning threaten to pull the Tigers off the volleyball court in the middle of the match due to water seepage through the roof, I think it is pretty amazing how UH programs survived and upgraded to the likes of the the Ching Complex, and of course the Stanley.
