#8 Munson Mahalo nui loa!!! I hate when people trash the Coach and team. We do NOT need to do this in such a hurtful way. Show some RESPECT! The Coach, his staff and the Wahine need our support. Constructive criticism is fine, but hateful words can’t be taken back. Also, THANKS, Cindy, for monitoring and allowing this blog to be. Most of the time I enjoy reading it. It is only when some start saying nasty things that I hate seeing on this blog.

21. AGAIN, Shoji didn’t chew anyone out. This is not done at the coaching level, it is done at the admin/compliance level As mentioned previously, it was complicated because of various institutions and credits taken at several places. All were doing their due diligence. the last thing you wanted was for one to rush and end up costing Mitchem a year of eligibility.

No one took their ‘sweet’ time. Mitchem was finishing classes up until Aug. 17, two days after she arrived.

How about some positives….

Higgin’s sets to the middle appear to have improved.
Taylor’s jump serve….consistent and a great variety.
Greeley’s power. Last year she was the finesse player, but last night showed lots of heat.
The set 2 and 3 comebacks. What a great showing of staying patient and grittiness.

Start of the season VB rankings are not reliable. (Lots of transfers, injuries, coaching changes, position changes, etc. )

Amazing how we all are quick to criticize after just one match. I thought the idea of being a “fan” was to support the team through thick and thin. Even the best fall down; it’s how fast they can get up that counts. And they did that last night. It may not have been pretty, but they kept trying and that’s the important thing. Go Bows!
