Imo, it provides the NCAA a somewhat workable framework or something “tangible” to “start with”.

I have the same feeling too that 2016 will be Dave’s last year. By that time, he’ll have the 3 seniors, Nikki, Tayler & Annie complimented with Kalei, Mags, Castillo, Granato. I’d like to see them put Burns on the OH because we’ll have 3 MH. Of course, the rotation of Tayler & Koelsch seems to work pretty good for serving & blocking situations. Clare-Marie & Kahakai will be soooo solid. As someone has said earlier in these blogs, this may not be the year we make it into the finals, but next year may definitely be it. Although I’ve only been home 6 years, I’ve never seen the team this deep and this talented. What a way to end a career for Dave Shoji, an NCAA championship! GO BOWS!

all kidding aside, let na wahine go raze every opponents homecourt found. guided by “the all-around prowess of opposite standout Nikki Taylor” and rise of na wahine “up for the challenge!”

😀

too much complaining and bitchin about rpi. ok so what do you think na wahine would have, had they been undefeated (ie had beaten ucla in 5)?

its time to ditch away with the fan ‘volleyball iq’ that sounds ridiculous in the first place anyways. its about talent. and na wahine dont need to be chillin and falling asleep at home for the fans. it is time they go out on an all out siege, rise of na wahine right? be the dark horse and bring sc, u-dub, and even penn st to their knees!

Keep the best Rt. side in the country on the Rt. Let Annie prove she is the player we think she is on the left. It has only taken her a few games to get up to speed in the middle so let this wahine play!

I really like Nikki on the right. Probaby the best right side terminator I have seen at UH. I don’t want her taking Hartong swings on the left. I don’t want to wear her out. Digging balls will take a toll on her.
