2. they did a lot of different drills That was just one out of probably 15 different ones One new one, as mentioned yesterday, was the middles setting. Shoji said that the MBS have to learn to be able to do something with the off ball.

nice video clips of the first day’s practice. they seemed to run a lot of drills hitting out of the back row. at least just in that video.
