Could Isaac Fleming be the Hawaii basketball team’s first verbal commitment for the 2014 class? Fleming (not to be confused with ex-‘Bow Rod Flemings), a 6-foot-3, 190-pound left-handed combo guard from Delaware, is visiting the UH campus through Saturday and is weighing a scholarship offer from the Rainbow Warriors.
