I have no issue with people saying others know more. Lots of people do. I can only talk about what I witness in practice and at matches.

10. Agree with the comment that the two middles at the moment are Liva and Williams. but it’s only four matches into the season. no one knows who will get “meaningful minutes” the rest of the way.

I would redshirt Krug If it were me. When I asked Ah Mow-Santos about redshirting anyone, she said that they only had 16 players and never know who will be needed.

4. as for the craziness, can only do some much. I cannot block people. it has to go through a process of which I am not a part.

All that I can say is that we are lucky to have Cindy providing her input. We not only get the statical data, we also get to know these Wahine as persons through Cindys personal interviews and stories. I know her blog has made being a Wahine fan a lot more fun!

#19…that is what a fan forum is for though. We have conversations about subjects…whether its gossip or not. What is the fun of a fan forum if there is no speculation? ESPN insiders speculate on who is getting traded and who is not. Newscasters speculate on who is winning the election and who is not. That is what make talking/chatting/conversing fun.

What happening there is no difference from you sitting down with your friends at a bar or a dinner and talking about stuff. I’m sure you talk about what will happen if this guy do this or that guy do that and make predictions.

Fan forum like that have more positives than negatives then you might think. It keeps the fans engaged and talking. If I don’t visit that site and all I do is come here, then I could lose interest due to lack of information. I love the sports. If you love something, you go find out much about it as possible.

No offense taken. I have read that blog and find most of it just gossip and wild a** claims. Like 200 pages of it.

It’s just more gossip to speculate that why she’s not playing more.

I’m not saying Cindy has more information than a friend or parent but she does respect their right privacy. I think we should too

#16…..no offense but why do you think Cindy knows more? I understand Cindy is the beat writer but there are people out there who are boosters, parent of players, friend of players, etc…that knows more.

Beat writers have access to the coaches when the coaches allow them to ask questions and talk to players. Friends/parents of players can talk to the players any time they want and they may have more “inside” information than Cindy.

Cindy is doing a great job of reporting what she knows but to say she knows more than anyone else is a little misleading.

I come to this blog everyday for news but to be truthful, I find better information and more up to date information there because there are some there who are very close to the program and knows more about volleyball. Some are former players, coaches ,etc…

The schedule looks easy. I see no problems with the Wahines going undefeated from here on end. They should make the playoffs. But the finals? Just a little short on women power.

We should really stop talking about players base on “fact” by some unknown person who claims to have insider information. Only the player and coach knows the real situation. If they really have insider information they wouldn’t be writing about it on a blog.

It’s disrespectful to the player, coaches and the program.

Cindy is the closest to an insider. She doesn’t gossip and only passes on what she gets directly from the coaches.

If you want to know she is on the depth chart ask her and if she knows she’ll pass it along.
