The Chancellor at the UH was given authority a few years ago to assign in-state tuition rates to a certain number of foreign and out of state ” gifted students”.

In a Bob Sigall column, Wade says his international players can qualify for in-state tuition. Under what rule or exemption, etc. do they qualify for this ?

Teee was one of the main reasons I got into Wahine Volleyball in the first place. I was just a little kid, but attending the ’87 semifinal match against Pacific in Klum was like a life-altering event for me. She deserves every accolade in my book.
