Hawaii has longer, more storied women’s volleyball rivalries, but the series with Cal Poly has carried Big West title implications for the last three seasons. The Mustangs swept the Rainbow Wahine in 2017 and went on to finish undefeated in conference play, two games ahead of UH in the final standings.
