This ignorant person couldn’t be farther from the truth.

Third paragraph.

“A” is wrong, mistaken, has his foot in his mouth.

“B” is wrong for calling “A” ignorant.

“C” (presumably most of the readers) look at this exchange and laugh and think “B” is cool, highly renowned writer for this newspaper.

“D” looks at the use of the word ignorant, directed at another person in the form as an adjective as an insult, slur, attack. There’s a big difference-use of the word as an adjective and noun. “D” is me.

Personally I think the SA should have a better policy on how it’s employee act in the public’s eye.

OMG AD Matlin said on KITV news that he is on the Search Committee for a new HC. I know they are trying to fill the position before his official start date… Guess the Chancellor will be the one to approve it. After the contract is finalized late next year, Matlin can sign I guess.

Youre right Dave, this will be a critical week of interviewing candidates on the mainland , that’s where it’s all happening and where all the D1 coaches will be . Matlin will get the job done.

Heh. Educate him, Dave . . . there are a # of us with misguided or unintended ignorance, so to speak. We enjoy the sports thing, but, we don’t have the time to know the ins and outs of — especially UH’s (yes, yes, other post-secondary/higher educational institutions have them too), with a Democrat-heavy milieu, no less — what goes on, sometimes.

And with the last two or three ADs leaving under less-than-‘let’s have a party’ circumstances? People are going to be skeptical.
